just did, yesterday, a flight from EBBR to CYYZ with the MD11, no weather prob whatsoever, very smooth transitions so something has improved !

Chad, Regions are purely admin stuff to split pilots in a fair way between 3 regional administrators. You can fly in all regions as you wish but in case of problem or question, please contact the manager of your region. You should plan your route yourself, yes FSbuild is a very good prog. Some company toutes can be found under the section "pilots" and "downloads"
