They will show up on the 1st day of the month IF you are asking about Flight BIDS.
If you are not seeing the ones from an Open Board flight let us know.

The system shows you enrolled for the Captains exam.
Exam was ready for you to take but it shows you never logged into the exam.

You may want to ask Jamal if you can still take the test as the system shows it available to you.

You can use either one. They will work as the same location on the Pirep.

I had the same question and found out that you can use SEQM and it will be the same. You may need to update the airports.dat file or reload CGP but SEQM will work even if it lists SEQU as the departure or destination.
