PMDG 747 v3

Here is where the coffee machine and Coke machine are kept. Please clean up after yourself and do not remove the magazines from this area. A good place to exchange thoughts with Operations personel and other pilots.

PMDG 747 v3

Post by jacques »

Looks as if this could be released fairly soon. I kust saw a youtube posted by Kyle R detailing some of the systems and setup. He mentioned Aaron Buchanon posting some flights previewing the v3 on Twitch...sadly I only get the spinning wheel when trying to watch those. Regardless, Aaron streams under the name of "Lomaric" if any of you are interested. You might have better luck than me viewing his videos!

Exciting times, some nice features!

Of course, you guys know by "fairly soon" I really mean several months! Still, what I've been seeing looks to be a very nice upgrade to the current version. It will mean going back into the manuals to fully understand the improved functionality....so I'm stoked! :D

Same here Scott (by a few months anyway) but I'll gladly retire it to get back into a PMDG 744. :D

In all seriousness, I haven't been this excited for a commercial product since the year I found the Xbox 360 in my parent's closet two weeks before Christmas.

Yep, I loaded it up at Anchorage. Performance is great - about like the 777 if not a slgiht bit better. Can't wait to do a proper flight.
