Skyline Simulations KCVG for FSX/P3D v3/P3D v4 released

Here is where the coffee machine and Coke machine are kept. Please clean up after yourself and do not remove the magazines from this area. A good place to exchange thoughts with Operations personel and other pilots.

Same here, Peter. I have contacted them and they said it might be due to server overload.

Will do Mike, but until now still no luck on the download and no answer back from them yet.

Their Xplane version I bought from them last year was pretty amazing though.

Strange, I dl their Xplane version to test and that went very well, no problems at all.

We'll have to wait and see I guess.

I sent them a message again via Facebook mentioning my order number. They then sent me a dropbox link to the file. Seems to be not corrupted now when opening in WinRAR. However Ihaven't had the opportunity to test the scenery as i am enroute to Incheon at the moment. :)

Well it still is corrupted. Just tried again.

Just send them a new message, still haven't heard anything from the first message.

I will do the same flight as you tomorrow, on to my new RKSI scenery from PacSim :)

So after landing in Incheon had some time to test the scenery. First impression is decent, ground textures are fine, not highest standard in my opinion, but fine. Also scenery has plenty of objects so it appears quite lively. As far as i have noticed this had little impact on performance, which is comparable to recent sceneries like PacSims RKSI and FlightBeam Quito.

As KCVG is currently undergoing quite some construction (new terminal and what not) this rendition I believe depicts the situation as before the construction began. Focused on the DHL Facilit, the only part that matters ;), it looks great with plenty of parking spots, most of which are too small for the 747. The parking stands north of taxiway N are not included, probably due to being too recent. Another thing that appears to be lacking, at least at the DHL Ramp, is dynamic apron lighting.

Due to the missing part of the DHL ramp north of taxiway N, only 6 parking spots are available for 747s (without overlapping adjacent parking spots). In this scenery the DHL ramp is quite cluttered with dollies, handling equipment and ULDs which block 2 of those 747-sized parking positions (this is accurate though, as this appears to be the situation on the real CVG according to Google Maps satellite imagery). This means 4 are usable for our 747s. What also is not included are the parking spots in the AFCAD for the DHL ramp, meaning you cannot spawn your aircraft from the main menu onto the DHL ramp. Not sure why this was not added, but i think it is quite a big flaw. So i sat down for some time and at least for now added the 747 positions to the AFCAD file. Now busy with configuring GSX. Will share those files later.

Thanks for the review Harm.

I can't still see anything. A terrible support I must say.

Three days and still a broken download. Send two times an email and still no answer back. I'm really dissapointed I must say :(

I've got it finally installed but I'm not really impressed to be honest.
The Xplane 11 version of last year was better and also the afcad was complete.

Oh well at least the RW's and taxiways are correct and complete.

I thought about getting it for P3D, but bought it for Xplane instead. My Xplane version is incredibly laggy. I think there is supposed to be a manual and a fix somewhere, but the Zip file I bought from x-plane.org didn’t have a manual or a faster FPS fix. Maybe my 1060 just isn’t good enough for this scenery. But it becomes an XPlane slideshow.
