TeamSpeak Server Upgraded to TS3

Folks,

Our TeamSpeak server has just been upgraded to a TeamSpeak 3 server. This means that TS2 will no longer work with our official TS server. Please upgrade your TS client to TS3. You can get the latest version of TS3 here: http://www.teamspeak.com/?page=downloads

The login information has also changed as a result.

I have not personally tried TS3 yet but what I hear is that it's far superior in quality than TS2!

Great, it seems to work well on voice. I tried to send you a text message but got this error message

I changed some permissions items and hopefully it should work now. I am just as new to TS3 as everyone else and there looks to be quite a learning curve on this one as far as setup and options go. Let me know if it still doesn't work. I sent a test message and it sent ok.

This issue has been resolved. When writing a text message, make sure you have selected the channel tab at the bottom to the channel you are in. The "Globe Cargo Virtual Airlines" tab should not be selected, if it is, the above error will occur as you are trying to send messages to the server instead of the channel.

I have used it with a small VA I used to fly with here. It is far superior to TS2, clear as day on voice. We didn't have any problems with text.

When I started it I got an update. Installed and connected. I hope I can stay awake for the group flight tonight, even if I can just do the departure from Tokyo and not stay for all of it
