POLAR Scheduled Flights - Allowed Flights 1. Flights that you BID for in the previous month and are shown in the Pilot Route Assignments next to your name 2. ""Open Board"" flights not claimed in the bidding process - these may be flown:- a. If you are a new joiner and missed the previous month's bidding b. If you were on authorised Leave of Absence during the bidding period c. You have completed your bid flights for the month ATLAS Charters - Allowed Flights 1. Current charters published in the forum 2. These are available on a STRICTLY first come basis - i.e. once a flight has been taken by one pilot you may NOT take it as well. 3. If you take a flight from the Atlas Charters it is essential you make a posting on the same forum and topic to show you have taken the flight. General All flights must be flown with the FlightSim date and time set to the published date and time for the flight. The actual (i.e real) date and time when you fly should be within a few days of the scheduled time and in all circumstance the flight MUST be completed before the end of the month. If an Atlas charter has no published date and time then ensure you fly it at any FlightSim time that will allow you to arrive by the published required delivery date (if any). These rules do NOT apply to test flights conducted as Pilot 5555. Any PIREPS NOT within these rules may be deleted without any notification"
