"<!--coloro:#CC0000--><span style=""color:#CC0000""><!--/coloro--><!--sizeo:3--><span style=""font-size:12pt;line-height:100%""><!--/sizeo-->***This NOTAM has been published in the Pilot Manual***<!--sizec--></span><!--/sizec--><!--colorc--></span><!--/colorc--> To ALL Pilots There appears to be some confusion about the rules for Globe VA concerning those flights you must make as a minimum in a month. There are two very simple rules, as follows:- 1. You must bid for at least one Polar flight every month except if you are on leave of absence or it is your first month of joining. 2. You must fly all the Polar flights you bid for in the previous month except if you are on leave of absence. The flights must be completely flown (i.e. all legs in a multi-leg route) You may fly Atlas charter (for any region) and Polar open board flights (for your own region) as you want and they will count towards your total hours but these must be flown in addition to, and not instead of, the minimum requirement of 1 Polar route bid for and flown each month. All completed flights must be sent by our automated PIREP system. This requires either FSACARS or FSFlightKeeper to be set up correcty to automatically send the PIREPS to the server. If you have any queries about this please contact your Regional Manager or email to dofo@globecargo.org"
