Update GCP Links

"Please update the following links in GCP.ini (for Globe Cargo PIREP users): UL Panelstate=http://www.globecargova.org/GCP/upload.php UL Route0=http://www.globecargova.org/GCP/uploadroute0.php UL Route1=http://www.globecargova.org/GCP/uploadroute1.php UL Flights=http://www.globecargova.org/GCP/uploadflight.php Go to Program Files/Globe Cargo Virtual Airlines/Globe Cargo PIREP and select "GCP" which is the ini file. Simply replace the existing links (only replace the links listed above, there are several other links besides these) in the ini file with the links above and save the file. Please do this before you start GCP next time. If these links are not changed you will not be able to upload/download FS flights and PMDG panelstates and may receive an error in GCP.
