Effective Immediately, all Atlas Charters and DHL flights will no longer require the pilot to enter a confirmation code when the flight is completed. From now on, when you finish a flight and send your pirep in, the confirmation that notifies me of a completed flight is totally automatic. You can thank Tomas for this much needed feature.
Some things to bear in mind:
1. Make sure you have the following information correctly placed on your PIREP program in order for this to work.
a. Pilot number
b. Flight number (GTI for Atlas Charters / DHX for DHL flights)
c. Departure
d. Destination
2. If your flight does not confirm as advertised you will need to contact me and I can do this for you manually.
(if you start having this issue repeatedly, we will have to ID the problem and correct it.)
3. If for some reason you divert to another destination, notify me without delay.
