Forum upgrades

The Forums have been upgraded to phpBB version 3.0.1. I have created a separate topic where you can report issues and post suggestions of what additional features you want to see. The are a lot of features in this version, too many to list here. You can check for your self at http://www.phpbb.com

We still need to add the graphics in the header and tweak the buttons a bit but everything else should be in place.
