HOF Selection Process Changed

After some thought about the HOF program, we have decided to change the HOF selection process. The intent of the HOF is to recognize a member who has gone out of his/her way in support of the VA. Previously, the HOF was selected purely by numbers from a range of PIREPS of each pilot. The thing that makes the old selection process less desireable is that touchdown rate, fuel burn, etc. doesn't specifically help the VA succeed. A member under the new process does however.

Additionally, the HOF is no longer a scheduled event. A member must demonstrate the requisite behavior over time before they are selected into the HOF. The first HOF inductee under the new program has been selected and will be published in the coming days.
