Position: Vice President, Human Resources

Reports To: CEO

Closing Date: April 18th 2020, 23:59z

Primary Duties:

• Manage new member applications.
• Manage "Provisional" members
• Maintain the Pilot Manual document.
• Participate in administrative meetings.
• Manage projects contained within the Human Resources department.

Time Commitment: The time commitment is categorized as High. Most days require at least some time spent accomplishing the tasks of the position.

Minimum Requirements: The applicant must be a current member of Globe Cargo Virtual Airlines.

Pertinent Notes: Once established in the position and all duties understood, we will look to hire more HR staff to make the duties more manageable and less time consuming for one person. Positions hired for this purpose will then report to the Vice President, Human Resources.
