Installed mine too into Fsx, without any problem. Ready for a flight this weekend

Did you remove the previous version of Pmdg 744 first or is it ok to leave it in fsx?

Purchased on Release Day! Still too intimidated to take a flight...so much more to read and absorb than the 747X! The choices and configs alone have kept my nose in the manual for the past hour!
