The reduced visibility is hiding the surrounding mountains. [attachmentid=480] Somewhere over Pakistan. [attachmentid=481] Over the Iranian desert. [attachmentid=482] Starting our descent over the Straight of Hormuz. [attachmentid=483] Following the coast into the Dubai area. [attachmentid=484] Manual landing on runway 12L at a hazy OMDB. I think I changed one of parameters in my fs9.cfg to increase the terrain resolution, but I can't remember what it is. I found the tip on one of the forums somewhere. It's been quite hazy the past few times I landed at OMDB. I had it all set up at 2500 ft but when I saw the ground at 1200 ft I disconnected the AP."
